Betty, just wanted to thank you for the great time this weekend in Bodie. It’s Sunday morning and as I pack up to leave Bridgeport I am both physically and mentally exhausted…in a good and satisfying way. The access we were granted, both Friday evening after closing and to the interiors on Saturday were a rare and special treat. Please thank your helpers Kathy, Joanne, and Ed. Both your and Kathy’s tips on what and where to shoot were helpful and appreciated. Joanne’s and Ed’s background stories really helped give the town depth and dimension beyond the town’s physical facade. And Joanne makes an excellent ghost! The time we spent “playing” Fri night was a lot of fun and got the creative juices flowing, even though it took awhile to get the right “formula” for getting a ghost image.
