Sierra Nevada

The Sierra Nevada Mountains of California has long drawn photographers and other artists. Extreme topography, extreme weather—and extreme beauty—fascinate local residents as well as visitors from all over the world. I’ve had a lifelong love affair with this region, virtually my back yard. Some of my favorite areas include Carson Pass, Ebbetts Pass, Lakes Basin, and Mono Lake and environs. Of course, the crown jewel of the Sierras is Yosemite National Park, covered in a separate portfolio. These images (and many more) are available for purchase as prints from my online Imagekind gallery. Also images for enlargements or downloads for publication are available at this site. If you don’t see what you want, get in touch.
