How to Enroll
At the bottom of this page are TWO Adobe Acrobat forms you must fill out, a simple enrollment form plus a waiver that you must sign. Please download and print them and mail them (or if you're computer savvy you can scan the forms and mail them as email attachments to Betty Sederquist) to:

Enrollment is first come, first served. The 30% (you can make this approximate) enrollment fee is refundable if you cancel at least two weeks or longer ahead of the workshop. You can send your check to the above address. If you find, however, that you cannot attend a workshop, please get in touch with Betty Sederquist so that she can make arrangements for another person to fill your spot. You will receive a confirmation letter via email.
Betty can now take credit card payments on site ($5.00 surcharge) as long as there is a Verizon cellphone signal. Online payment is not yet available.
