The Brothers Islands are a magical place

Beauty and Beasts

From memorable sunsets to mighty bears and whales, our eight-day trip on the 50-foot Delphinus was special.

Anan Creek

Black (and a few brown) bears gather here at a small waterfall brimming with salmon. From a beautifully designed viewing platform, we get very, very close.

Pack Creek

In a spectacular setting at the north end of Admiralty Island, brown bears splash after a salmon dinner and cubs cuddle with mom.

Kake Bears and Dancers

We went to Kake looking for black bears, which we found aplenty. But we found something else, too.

The Brothers

Ancient rainforest greens the landscape here, and the shoreline writhes with other-worldly invertebrates.

Subtlety

From tiny plants underfoot to harbor reflections and tendrils of mist on mountaintops, beauty abounds.
